π Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At My Fancy Finds Boutique, we want you to love what you ordered! While we do not offer traditional exchanges, we gladly accept eligible returns for store credit within 21 days of delivery.
β Return Eligibility
To be eligible for store credit, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 21 days of delivery
- In new, unworn, and unused condition
- Original tags must be attached β no tags = not eligible
- Original packaging is encouraged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
π« Items without tags will NOT be accepted for return or credit. No exceptions.
π³ How Store Credit Works
If you need a different size, we recommend purchasing the new size immediately to ensure availability. Then, return the original item for store credit (if eligible).
Once your return is approved and received, youβll receive store credit via email in the form of a digital gift card.
π« Final Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
No exceptions will be made. Other examples of final sale, list is subject to change.Β

π Shipping & Return Process

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

HOWEVER, If you choose to have a return shipping label provided by My Fancy Finds Boutique, the cost will be deducted from your credit.

Please wait for your return to be approved before shipping it back. The return address will be provided in the approval email.
