Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from MFF, but in case something isn't perfect, we offer EXCHANGE for store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase (please read additional information below on timing).


Please keep tags on while trying on item. 

**Currently there are increased restrictions on what items are eligible for exchange due to current COVID restrictions** Only CLOTHING ITEMS are eligible for exchange. 

All exchanges must be initiated by emailing us at: within 7 days of delivery of item. PLEASE NOTE that this date is the date that the post office has marked your package delivered, not the date you open your package. Item(s) must then be returned within 5 days of original contact for exchange. 
** Local pickup customers please note that it is your responsibility to pick up your purchase in a timely manner, fullfillment messages are sent the moment the order is placed in the box. The pickup box is monitored daily, your 7 day window isn't prolonged due to lack of timely pickup. EX: you waited 3 weeks to pick up your item, your window of time for exchange has been exceeded. **

ANY item sent to MFF without prior communication and approval of exchange will not be accepted.  

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high turnover rate of inventory, there is no guarantee that you will be able to replace said item with exact item. We do NOT issue refunds in the event that the item is not available. We work really hard to keep everything fresh for you and always have new items that you can choose from. 

We only accept current clothing items for exchange that were purchased on our website, our App, a FB Live sale or a pop event. Items must have the tags still attached, in original packaging, be unworn, unwashed and NOT show any signs of wear, including but not limited to animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, body odor, odors of any kind! Credit will be issued via the same format it was originally paid. EX:

  • Purchase was made via our website; credit will be issued through the website in the form of a discount code.
  • Purchase was made via Comment Sold; credit will be issued through your comment sold account and added as a "balance".

Holiday Exchanges: If you received a gift from My Fancy Finds and are not happy with the fit or style, please note that the final date for exchange is January 31st of the current year. EX: Received item Holiday of 2020, item is eligible for exchange through January of 2021. *** Tags MUST be on item to be exchanged! Item must NOT show any signs of “wear” or smell.*** 

We are a small family owned business and not a big box store, which is probably one of the reasons you love us, so please respect and  don’t take advantage of our policies. 

The following items are NOT eligible for exchange or return:

  • Items Sold during Deal or No Deal
  • Food. Candy. Beverage or Drink Mixes.
  • Fri-yeah Specials
  • Sunday Funday
  • Sale items *marked* Final Sale
  • Items ending .99
  • Seasonal Clothing (including specific holiday themed graphic tees)
  • Seasonal Decor, Accessories, Gifts
  • Bralettes
  • Tank Tops or foundation pieces
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats
  • Custom Orders of any kind
  • Subscription Boxes
  • Body Care/Self Care to include: lip balm, body butter, scrubs, shower steamers.
  • Food and beverage items
  • Additional items stated as final sale


On the rare occasion that there is an inventory discrepancy or an item is unable to be replaced, a refund will be issued via the same format it was originally paid. EX: Purchase was made via our website; refund will be issued through the website. Purchase was made via Comment Sold; refund will be issued through your comment sold account. 

Size happens, please look at the size chart before ordering. Every attempt is made to give accurate sizing from the manufacturer. 

Manufacture defects and or flaws need to be reported immediately to  to ensure an amicable resolution. 

Every effort is also made to represent accurate color and description of items. We have done our best to photograph the item in the truest of lights, but sometimes computer monitors and cameras can alter the color slightly. Every effort is done to show the truest color possible.
