Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from MFF, but in case something isn't perfect, please read over our exchange policy.

Due to the fast paced turnover of our inventory, items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of the item. 

All items MUST have tags on them, no exceptions. Please keep tags on while trying on item!! 

Exchange must be initiated by email FIRST to support@myfancyfinds.com.

Messages get buried in text and on FB so please follow this process.

Damaged claims must be made immediately. 

Exchange requests must be made withing 21 days of receipt of order. 

You can choose 1 of 2 ways to pay for your return shipping. 

1. YOU can purchase your label via USPS.

2. We will issue a return label for you upon request, for you to use. Once an item is received, and item meets required exchange guidelines a credit will be issued MINUS return shipping cost.  

Items must have ATTACHED tags, be free of smells, makeup, animal hair, your hair, perfume, body odor and ANY signs of wear. We will determine eligibility of exchange upon inspection of garment. Please abide by these guidelines and don't put either of us in an uncomfortable position. We will deny any item that doesn't comply. 

We are a small family owned business and not a big box store, which is probably one of the reasons you love us, so please respect and don’t take advantage of our policies.

IF YOU FILE A CHARGEBACK please note that any future orders from you, your address, your mama's address, your BFF's address will be cancelled. This is also considered THEFT. We are not against filing police reports and WILL for as little as a pair of earrings. 

 

Exchange policy subject to change based on any changes to state and county regulations.

All exchanges must be initiated by emailing us at: support@myfancyfinds.com within 21 days of order fulfillmentPLEASE NOTE this date is the date that the post office has marked your package delivered, IT IS NOT the date you open your package OR the date you decide to try the item on.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high turnover rate of inventory, there is no guarantee that you will be able to replace said item with exact item. We do NOT issue refunds in the event that the item is not available. We work really hard to keep everything fresh for you and always have new items that you can choose from. 

****ANY ITEM THAT IS ACCEPTED OR EXCHANGED AFTER THE SPECIFIED WINDOW IS SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND CREDIT FOR ITEM WILL BE ISSUED AT THE CURRENT SALE PRICE  ****

Credit will be issued via the same format it was originally paid. EX:

  • Purchase was made via our website; credit will be issued through the website in the form of a discount code.
  • Purchase was made via Comment Sold; credit will be issued through your comment sold account and added as a "balance"
  • Sezzle credits might NOT show as money back in your account depending on how much you have made in payments.

Holiday Exchanges: If you received a gift from My Fancy Finds and are not happy with the fit or style, please note that the final date for exchange is January 31st of the current year. EX: Received item Holiday of 2023, item is eligible for exchange through January of 2024. *** Tags MUST be on item to be exchanged! Item must NOT show any signs of “wear” or smell.***

The following items are NOT eligible for exchange or return:

  • Items Sold during Deal or No Deal
  • Items purchased during "Cart Kickback" or "loyalty rewards" 
  • Items purchased that earned loyalty reward funds
  • Items purchased that earned cart kickback funds
  • Food. Candy. Beverage or Drink Mixes.
  • Fri-yeah Specials
  • Sunday Funday
  • Items *marked* Final Sale
  • Items ending .99
  • Seasonal Clothing (including specific holiday themed graphic tees)
  • Seasonal Decor, Accessories, Gifts
  • Bralettes
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats
  • Custom Orders of any kind
  • Subscription Boxes
  • Body Care/Self Care to include: lip balm, body butter, scrubs, shower steamers.

 On the rare occasion that there is an inventory discrepancy or an item is unable to be replaced, a refund will be issued via the same format it was originally paid. EX: Purchase was made via our website; refund will be issued through the website. Purchase was made via Comment Sold; refund will be issued through your comment sold account.

Manufacture defects and or flaws need to be reported immediately to support@myfancyfinds.com  to ensure an amicable resolution. 

Size happens, please look at the size chart before ordering. Every attempt is made to give accurate sizing from the manufacturer. 

Every effort is also made to represent accurate color and description of items. We have done our best to photograph the item in the truest of lights, but sometimes computer monitors and cameras can alter the color slightly. Every effort is done to show the truest color possible.
