Thank you for your interest in hosting an event with My Fancy Finds Boutique! Whether you're planning a private Hat Bar Party, attending a pop-up, or booking a custom experience, please review our event guidelines below.

We are proud to offer a variety of events including:

  • Custom Trucker Hat Bar experiences

  • Private pop-ups

  • Corporate gatherings

  • Vendor markets

  • Seasonal or themed in-person events

Each event is unique and may have specific requirements, which are outlined below.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Deposits & Booking Requirements

Some events may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Deposit requirements vary depending on the size, type, and location of the event. Specific terms will be provided during booking.

๐Ÿงข Hat Bar Pop-Up Policy

Our Hat Bar Pop-Ups are a customer favorite and include the following terms:

  • A minimum of 6 guests with pre-purchased or confirmed hat selections is required

  • Custom hats are final sale โ€” no refunds will be issued for no-shows

  • If a guest is unable to attend, a store credit will be issued for the amount of their pre-purchased hat


๐Ÿš— Travel & Distance

Travel availability and any associated fees are discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on event location and setup needs.


๐Ÿ”„ In-Person Return Policy

Due to system limitations at mobile and in-person events, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or apply store credit on-site.
Please plan your purchases accordingly. All in-person event sales are final.
