Thank you for your interest in hosting an event with My Fancy Finds Boutique! Whether you're planning a private Hat Bar Party, attending a pop-up, or booking a custom experience, please review our event guidelines below.

๐ฐ Deposits & Booking Requirements
Some events may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Deposit requirements vary depending on the size, type, and location of the event. Specific terms will be provided during booking.
๐งข Hat Bar Pop-Up Policy
Our Hat Bar Pop-Ups are a customer favorite and include the following terms:

A minimum of 6 guests with pre-purchased or confirmed hat selections is required

Custom hats are final sale โ no refunds will be issued for no-shows

If a guest is unable to attend, a store credit will be issued for the amount of their pre-purchased hat
๐ Travel & Distance
Travel availability and any associated fees are discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on event location and setup needs.
๐ In-Person Return Policy
Due to system limitations at mobile and in-person events, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or apply store credit on-site.
Please plan your purchases accordingly. All in-person event sales are final.
